From our logistics base headquarters in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire RMC will source and supply all machinery consumables and allied commodities for the veneering industry and we can get these parts to you (stocked items only) anywhere in the UK with a next-day delivery service.

David Levett
David is an apprentice-trained engineer in tool-making. Originally from the north-east of England, David moved to Cambridgeshire in 1982 where he soon became a Technical Manager in the woodworking industry for veneering equipment, later diversifying into customer liaison, technical advice and client support, and supply-chain logistics. His appetite for a challenge remains undiminished, "it is a tough and competitive market but I know RMC has what it takes to be the leader in this field."

John Holloway
John's engineering background began in the hydraulic press industry after completion of his apprenticeship as a design draughtsman. After working in the field of design of special purpose machinery he became the Works Manager of a large engineering company. In 1978 John moved into engineering sales of woodworking machines and for the past nine years he has specialised in the veneering industry. "I have worked in every area of the industry and that's a lot of knowledge to put at the disposal of our customers."

Delivery of Goods :
Either by post or carrier, depending on size and / or weight.

Post :
First Class or Recorded Delivery as required.

Carrier :
a) Next Day Service : Orders received before 12 noon will normally be despatched the same day for next day delivery before 17.30 hours.

b) Timed Delivery Service : Urgent orders can be despatched, at extra cost, for next day delivery before 10.00 hours.

c) Our selected carriers can deliver on Saturdays before noon if required.

d) Our Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland customers should allow 3 days for delivery.

Pallet Service :
We can pack onto pallets if required. Please call us for an estimate.

Payment for Goods : We have a range of options available.

a) Proforma Invoicing : If you do not yet have an account with us, but wish to order goods, we can return a proforma invoice for the supplies and despatch on receipt of cleared funds. A VAT invoice will be sent with the goods.

b) On Account :  A normal net 30-day account (from date of invoice) can be set up after a proven trading record.

c) Credit Card : This service is not available at present.
