Plannar-25. A door cramping and squaring machine that has been designed to automatically set itself to the approaching components (5 or 7 piece doors) by utilising photo-cell technology. The components are glued and rough assembled and placed onto the conveyor, where the machine will then take on the role of setting, cramping and squaring the components. There are a number of different models of this type of carcass assembly press to meet the demands of the customer. From the manual operation and setting to the fully automatic system with plc control. This model: Makro, is an electro mechanical system that will allow the operator to place his carcass into the machine and then from a signal from the operator automatically close, press and release after a pre-set time. The machine can also be supplied with a plc unit to allow the operator to record the main technical parameters of all his cabinets and allowing the machine to take control of the sizes, pressures, time and working system for each cabinet. |

Similar to the Makro is the "Makro Transport". This
model differs by the way it accepts the assembled carcasses. Carcasses are
assembled on a conveyor line and allowed to travel to the rear of this machine.
Here it is detected and the size calculated before automatically loading the
cabinet into the pressure chamber. Once the cycle is complete the carcass is
ejected to the rear of the machine and allowed to travel to the next station
of its assembly.
